Re: Hello all.......

Been really busy all year. I recently did the EFI101 (www.efi101.com) training cousres. A couple of weeks ago I put together a plug and play MS for a supra with a 1jz. Still hasn't been tuned fully yet. I also bought an old chassis dyno which I plan to update with modern controls etc which I will be...

I was going to pull the CAS out and test it but there was too much junk in the way in my brothers shed. C...

Re: confused assy, help needed

You won't need the CAN jumpers unless you will be running a GPIO board. The rest of the jumpers will depend on your ignition system.

Re: 351 Cleveland ignition options?

If you trigger off the Dizzy and only run a single coil then you don't need a TDC signal. You only need the TDC signal when running multiple Coils ie wasted spark. If you don't want to run a tooth wheel on the crank I would suggest you convert the dizzy to some sort of electronic pick up (VR, Hall e...

Re: Hello all!

I'd be interested in a meeting. would like to have a look at that Hilux, as I'm using a 1uz in my hot rod. I'm still working on my hot rod. Will be tuning up my brothers RX7 next weekend (been waiting for him to finish painting it). Had the Turbo EF falcon running for a while but it ended up back to...

Re: Tech Edge Vs JAW DIY wide band controllers

I have one of the old tech edge DIY units, a 2A1. I have been very happy with it. I think buy time you buy everything you need for the JAW there won't be much difference in price. The Tech edge units are a well put together kit and I recieved my kit overnight when I ordered it. Also the extra featur...

Re: Wanted: throttle bodies

There are always cheap sets on ebay US. But now with the aus dollar so low they aren't so cheap. Do a search for GSXR throttles, they seem to be the most flexable for use on other engines.
