Hello all.......

Post by wagon »

How is everyone? I've been really busy lately, I should get out and do some tuning!

Now improved the way Ford should have built it with a 4speed automatic.

Also with 3.45 LSD for added goodness.

Been really busy all year. I recently did the EFI101 (www.efi101.com) training cousres. A couple of weeks ago I put together a plug and play MS for a supra with a 1jz. Still hasn't been tuned fully yet.

I also bought an old chassis dyno which I plan to update with modern controls etc which I will be building myself.

I haven't done anything on my hot rod though. So I still don't have my own squirted car running.

Cheers,

Daniel.

Thought I'd bump an old thread... How is everyone? My latest project was putting an 85LE 4speed auto into the Falcon ; works well. Now to do some more tuning - it's never really run at 1500rpm at 100km/h before. :)

Not much has changed since my last post in this thread. Got some work done on my hot rod. It's only wiring and exhaust away from running the engine.

Cheers

Hey guys!

I've been a bit slack too, but have been doing a bit lately.

Kendall, you know that ECU connector you helped me find a while back? Well I finally started making the adapter with it this week!!! I'm having some problems with the MAF on my Suzuki so it's going to MS!!!

Is Ian still around? I really need to catch up with him one of these days. Cwest too?

I haven't heard from anybody for a while. I see 76stag & littledv8 regularly, but that's about it. Maybe another get together?

hi kendall,

the escort's finally all MS'd.
Had it running with the std weber for a while to bed in ignition. Ignitions all good now, added a few reverse diodes, caps and revised my earths to clean up ignition resets. With STAG's dwell I've stopped burning up commodore coils.

Finally got jack of the weber, wouldnt idle and didnt want to waste time fixing jetting .

Installing the ITB's was relatively pain free. Started straight away. Still trying to get my head around tuning with alpha-n. Seems to run upto mid TP with afrs all set below 14.7. Maybe a dyno run or an autocross this weekend

Will sought this out and maybe a bit more aircleaner shielding to encourage external draw as my MAT is upto 40deg at idle
